This statement is nothing but an awaiting stamped on Nnamdi Kanu’s rights. It is unlawful and shameful that a government will go out of the constitution of the country to make unlawful statements.
Sadly, the presidential spokesperson who said this, Daniel Bwala was even born in Canada but chose to return to Nigeria for his political ambition. He is a Nigerian lawyer, political analyst and public affairs commentator. He is also a legal consultant, arbitrator, and member of the Nigerian Bar Association. Have you seen how corruption and lawlessness is escalating in Nigeria from the head to the bottom?
Daniel Bwala, a lawyer and one who is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association who ought to have known more about the laws of the country is the one trampling on the law simply because he is serving the Federal government. The right to agitate is Nnamdi Kanu’s constitutional right and he has every right to agitate anywhere and at any time without anyone interfering against him.
Telling Nnamdi Kanu to renounce Biafra agitation is the same injustice against the Biafran people that made Nnamdi Kanu begin the Biafra agitation for his people to be set free from Nigeria.
Nigeria government having tried Nnamdi Kanu in various courts in the country, realized that they cannot jail the innocent IPOB founder and leader because he is sinless. Instead of Nigeria government to make constitutional demands, they opted for unconstitutional demands. Now we dare them to follow and obey their constitutional laws. Nnamdi Kanu is innocent and will remain innocent both in the court and out of the court till eternity.
