The 2023 presidential candidate of Labour Party, LP, Mr. Peter Obi has decried the terrorist attack in Okigwe, Imo state.

The attack according to Obi in a post claimed many lives while many went missing.

He further lamented the rising insecurity in many parts of Nigeria making mention of the terrorist attacks in Kastina which led to the death of 50 people, the abduction of over 50 people in the same state and the killings of 15 farmers in Plateau State which has displaced over 200 nigerians in just few days.

Obi remarked that Nigeria, which is not even officially at war, has recorded over 10,000 civilian deaths in just two years, a number similar to civilian deaths in Ukraine, which is officially at war.. . Continue..Reading. .
