Seven people lost their lives in a fatal crash on the N12 between Ogies and Emalahleni in Mpumalanga on Monday morning.
The collision involved a sedan and a light delivery vehicle, leaving no survivors.
According to initial reports, all five people in the sedan and two occupants of the LDV died at the scene.
Early indications suggest that one of the vehicles may have veered into the opposite lane before colliding head-on with the other.
The exact cause of the crash is now under investigation by police, the Road Traffic Management Corporation, and the Department of Community Safety.
