Two men, Oluwole Ayinde, 29 and Adeyemi Damola, have been arrested and charged in Lagos State for allegedly gang raping a girl, 17 and recording of video with pictures while having sex with her in hotel.
News reports that the incident happened on 8th August, 2025, at Jarul Hotel, Agege Motor Road, Bolade, Oshodi area of Lagos, where they lured the girl to.

The matter was reported to the Police in the area and the suspects were arrested. They were later ransferred to the Gender Section of the State Command for interrogation over the alleged offence.
According to the Police, the suspects lured the girl to the hotel, forced her to remove her pants, inserted their fingers into her private part and later penetrated her one after the other. While they penetrating her, they used their phone to recorded the action.
The charges read:
“That you, Oluwole Ayinde ‘m’ and Adeyemi Damola ‘m’, on the 8th day of August, 2025, at about 1000hours, at Jarul Hotel, Agege Motor Road, Bolade Oshodi Lagos, in the Lagos Magisterial District, did conspire amongst yourselves to commit felony to wit: defilement and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 411 of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State of Nigeria, 2015.”
