Jan Kare is said to operate from Tsaskiya Forest in Safana Local Government Area, leading a network of armed criminals responsible for violent attacks, kidnappings, and cattle rustling.
His terror activities have devastated communities in Danmusa, Safana, Dutsin-Ma, Kurfi, and Matazu LGAs, where he allegedly imposes levies on residents and orchestrates raids.
Security forces are intensifying operations to dismantle his network and restore peace in the affected areas. Authorities have urged locals to provide credible information that could lead to his capture.
