Armed operatives suspected to be members of Operation Udo Ga-Achi, also known as the Agunechemba Vigilante Group, have been caught on video assaulting National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members in Anambra State.
The viral clip, circulated on Monday by Haven 360 Foundation, showed one of the corps members, identified as Jennifer Edema Elohor, being beaten and stripped naked by the operatives who were wielding rifles.
The foundation condemned the incident, describing it as a gross violation of human rights. It alleged that the corps members were accused of being internet fraudsters (‘Yahoo boys’) despite presenting their NYSC identity cards.
Haven 360 stated: “The assault was particularly egregious in the case of Jennifer Edema Elohor, who was beaten, stripped, and left covered in blood. The victims were subjected to degrading threats, including threats of sexual violation.”Watch Full Video:
