A Nigerian-born U.S. soldier has reacted to the recent apology from Fuji legend K1 De Ultimate over his alleged obstruction of an aircraft, insisting that the singer must still face legal consequences.
Quoting Section 459 Alpha of the Nigerian Criminal Code, the soldier explained that obstructing an aircraft is a misdemeanor that can lead to two years’ imprisonment.
He said:
“We have accepted K1’s apology. However, that no-fly ban should not be the only punishment. The law should be enforced to the full extent, so it serves as a reminder to everyone, especially those in authority.”
