There was unrest in Ungogo Local Government Area of Kano State after some residents reportedly b¥rned campaign posters of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) presidential candidate, Peter Obi, and his running mate, Rabiu Kwankwaso.

According to a video seen by DAILY POST, the NDC chairman in the local government area, Bilyaminu Bachirawa, was pulled from a moving motorcycle amid the chaos. Reports indicate that he narrowly escaped being lynched as angry youths chased the motorcycle while shouting.
