Convicted serial killer and former police officer Rosemary Ndlovu, together with her co-accused Nomsa Mudau, appeared before the Kempton Park Regional Magistrate’s Court today, Wednesday, 20 May 2026, where judgment was delivered in their murder-for-hire case.

The court found both women guilty of conspiracy to commit murder and incitement to commit murder in connection with a 2018 plot to kill Mudau’s ex-husband, Justice Mudau.

According to evidence presented in court, the pair allegedly offered about R150,000 to hitmen to murder Justice Mudau so they could claim a life insurance payout worth approximately R3 million. The plot was foiled after one of the individuals approached to carry out the killing warned the intended victim instead.
