MANILA, Philippines — Shabu with an estimated street value of P20 million was seized in a sting in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan yesterday.
The anti-narcotics operation in Barangay Tunggkong Mangga resulted in the arrest of a drug suspect, identified only as alias Marvin, according to Brig. Gen. Eleazar Matta, chief of the Philippine National Police-Drug Enforcement Group.
Meanwhile, in Pangasinan, police arrested drug suspects Camal Tumawis, 37, and Angela de Guzman, 28, following a sting in Urdaneta City.
Probers said Tumawis and De Guzman yielded shabu with an estimated street value of P748,000.
In Pampanga, shabu with an estimated street value of P680,000 was seized from three drug suspects in San Fernando City on Monday.
Brig. Gen. Redrico Maranan, Central Luzon police director, said the suspects, identified only as Rogie, Carbon and Jaina were collared in Barangay del Pilar. — Artemio Dumlao
