In pursuant to these stated mission objectives, Moses Orimolade Education Foundation indeed commenced the process for the establishment of a University which is to be known and called Moses Orimolade University to immortalize the memory of the founder of the Cherubim and Seraphim Church.
(1) Ajayi Crowther University (Oyo) Oyo State. It is owned by the Anglican Church in Nigeria – Christened Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion.
Ajayi Crowther University, Oyo was established by the Supra Diocesan Board (West) of the Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion), has its origins in the defunct CMS training institution, Abeokuta and the defunct St. Andrews College, Oyo.
(2) Baze University, (Abuja) Abuja FCT.
The founder of Baze University, Abuja, is Senator Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed.
Baze University was conceived in 2008 as a privately owned non-faith base institution, and was granted a provisional license on 7th March 2011. It is a conventional University, offering courses in both the Arts and the Sciences, with emphasis on science and technology.
(3) Veritas University, (Abuja) FCT.
Veritas University, Abuja is based in Abuja. It is a private institution founded by the Catholic Archdiocese of Lagos. Licensed by the National Universities Commission (NUC) in 2007, it enrolled its first students the following year.
Veritas University Abuja (VUA), also known as the Catholic University of Nigeria, was founded by the Catholic Bishops Conference of Nigeria through a resolution given at its March 2002 meeting in Abuja.

(5) Samuel Adegboyega University, (Ogwa) Edo State. Glorious Vision University was founded by the Apostolic Church Nigeria, Lagos, Western and Northern Areas (LAWNA) Territory in 2011. The university was previously called Samuel Adegboyega University and changed its name to Glorious Vision University in 2024.
(6) Bells Unversity of Technology, (Ota), Ogun State.
Bells University of Technology (BUT), also known as Bellstech, is the first private university of technology established in Nigeria by The Bells Educational Foundation, which already ran Nursery, Primary and Secondary Schools. The Bells Educational Foundation is owned by Olusegun Obasanjo, former-President of Nigeria.
(7) Madonna University, (Ihiala) Anambra State. Fr. Emmanuel Edeh CSSp, OFR, founded the prestigious Madonna University.
Fr. Emmanuel M.P. Edeh commonly known as Father Edeh is a Catholic Priest of the Holy Ghost congregation born 20 May 1947 in Akpugo, Enugu State, Nigeria.
(8) Al-Hikmah University (Ilorin), Kwara State.
Chief (Dr) Abdulraheem Oladimeji OFR, FNAEAP, FSPSP, the visionary Founder and Chairman, Board of Trustees of Al-Hikmah University.
It was established in 2005 by the Abdur-Raheem Oladimeji Islamic Foundation (AROIF), Nigeria. The university came into existence via the granting of License to operate as a Conventional Private University by the Federal Government of Nigeria License No. 010 on 7th January, 2005.
(9) Cetep University, (Sabo Yaba), Lagos State.
CETEP City University is a privately owned higher institution located in Yaba, Lagos, it was established in 2005. The university current Vice Chancellor is Prof. Akin Aju.
(10) Nile University of Nigeria, (Jabi) Abuja FCT.
The Nile University of Nigeria is owned by Honoris United Universities. Nile University of Nigeria was established in 2009 with just three faculties and has since has doubled to six faculties. It is part of the first and largest pan-African private higher education network, Honoris United University.
(11). Ecwa Bingham University (Karu), Nassarawa State.
ECWA started planning for the university in 2003. A charter was granted by the Nigerian University Commission in 2005. Lectures commenced in 2006.
Bingham University, Karu was established by the Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA) following its formal licensing by the National Universities Commission (NUC) on 5th January, 2005.
(12) Afe Babalola University (Ado-Ekiti) Ekiti State.

The University was granted a license in November 2016 by Federal Government of Nigeria to operate as a tertiary institution.

(29) Spiritan University, (Nneochi), Enugu State.
Spiritan University Nneochi (SUN) is owned by the Congregation of the Holy Spirit (Spiritans), Province of Nigeria South East. The congregation is an International Religious Order in the Catholic Church founded in France on May 27, 1703. The members of this Religious Order began their educational and evangelization work in Nigeria in 1885.
