Chelsea responded in style, with Jadon Sancho pulling one back in the 17th minute. The second half saw Cole Palmer converting two penalties (61′ and 84′), alongside a brilliant strike from Enzo Fernandez in the 73rd minute.

Heung-Min Son’s late goal in the 96th minute wasn’t enough to salvage a result for Tottenham. The win moves Chelsea to second on the Premier League table, four points behind leaders Liverpool.

Arsenal, on the other hand, stumbled at Craven Cottage as they played out a frustrating 1-1 draw with Fulham. Raúl Jiménez opened the scoring for Fulham in the 11th minute, capitalizing on defensive lapses. Arsenal equalized through William Saliba’s header in the 52nd minute but failed to find a winner despite dominating possession.

The Gunners’ inability to secure three points sees them slip to third place, two points adrift of Chelsea.

Elsewhere, Leicester City showcased resilience at the King Power Stadium, coming from two goals down to secure a 2-2 draw against Brighton. Bournemouth also recorded a spirited 2-1 comeback victory over Ipswich Town, overturning a first-half deficit to grab all three points.

The updated Premier League table places Liverpool firmly at the summit with 35 points, followed by Chelsea on 31 points. Arsenal occupy third position with 29 points, while Manchester City remain in fourth with 27 points.
