The source disclosed that the kidnappers have contacted the driver’s family, demanding ₦30 million as ransom for each passenger.
“The driver and passengers were taken, and the kidnappers are asking for ₦30 million per person,” the source revealed.
The attackers reportedly abandoned some children traveling in the bus, whose cries attracted the attention of passersby early Monday morning.
Concerned individuals alerted the authorities, and the matter was reported to the nearest police station.
