Fenerbahce manager, Jose Mourinho, has admitted that saying no to Real Madrid president, Florentino Perez, is one of the big regrets of his career.
Mourinho stated this in an interview with CorSport.
The Portuguese left Madrid in 2013 after three “tough” years to return to Chelsea.
“Saying no to Florentino Perez remains one of the big regrets,” Mourinho said.
“He told me: Don’t leave now, you’ve done the hard part and the good part is yet to come. Stay at Real Madrid.
