Despite recent rumors, Serie B side Como have not made any official contact to sign Manchester City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne, sources have confirmed.
Reports earlier this week suggested that Como were exploring a sensational move for the Belgian star, but no formal negotiations have taken place.
Similarly, Chelsea are not currently engaged in active talks to bring De Bruyne back to Stamford Bridge, and there has been no confirmation of any negotiations involving MLS side Inter Miami either.
Meanwhile, the only concrete offer on the table remains from Chicago Fire, with their proposal first revealed around 10 days ago. The MLS club is still hopeful of convincing De Bruyne to make the switch to the United States.
De Bruyne, who has been pivotal to Manchester City’s success over the past decade, continues to attract interest globally as uncertainty over his future grows.
