The exercise took place in the wards where former Zamfara State Governor, Abdul’aziz Abubakar Yari, cast his vote during the direct primary process.
Results announced from Galadima Ward showed Tinubu polling 10,678 votes, while Stanley Osifo secured zero votes.
In Kayaye Ward, the President also emerged with 4,897 votes, while Osifo again recorded no vote.
The APC presidential direct primary is being conducted across wards nationwide as party members vote to determine the party’s presidential candidate ahead of the next general election.
