Former Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Adosa Bello , who is now an ex-convict, has reunited with his ally, former Governor of Abia State, Orji Uzor Kalu, to form what is being humorously referred to as the “Kuje Prison Alumni” after both spent substantial time in Kuje Prison.
According to a source close to former Governor Yahaya Bello, who pleaded for anonymity, Bello is championing the alumni initiative alongside Senator Orji Uzor Kalu.
The list of prospective members reportedly includes other former governors such as Joshua Dariye of Plateau State, James Ibori of Delta State, and potential additions like the current Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike (former Governor of Rivers State), and the current Governor of Imo State, Hope Uzodimma, among others.
A photo of the duo embracing, symbolizing the formation of the “Kuje Prison Alumni,” was first posted online by renowned Kogi State activist, Comrade Austin Usman Okai, on Sunday afternoon, December 29, 2024.Tap Here for the Full Story
