President Tinubu Praises NNPCL for the Resumption of Operations at Warri Refinery

President Tinubu expressed assurance that with the Warri Refinery currently running at 60% capacity and producing 125,000 barrels per day, his administration’s thorough strategy for enhancing energy efficiency and security is progressing as planned.

He commended the management team of NNPCL, led by Mele Kyari, for their dedicated efforts to reinstate Nigeria’s status and pride as a prominent oil-producing nation.

The president said, “The restart of Warri Refinery today brings joy and gladness to me and Nigerians. This will further strengthen the hope and confidence of Nigerians for a greater and better future that we promised.
