History shall record that it’s under the watch of @officialABAT that @ecowas_cedeao was split. He was willing to allow the 2000 French soldiers who were mobilized within a few hours in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire ready to attack Niger when @NIGER_CNSP removed their puppet @mohamedbazoum.
He didn’t stop there. When the Alliance of Sahel States was formed, he called it a phantom pushback alliance, because in his mind and those of his masters, the alliance wasn’t going to last long.
He was dead wrong, because he underestimated the determination and courage of us the Sahelians. He should have looked into history and he would have found out that we in the Sahel are the descendants of our ancestors who built some of the most powerful empires in West Africa.
Tinubu didn’t do his homework, if not he would have understood that we came out of the 3 most powerful empires in the history of West Africa: the Wagadu or Ghana empire (not to be confused with modern day Ghana. Look it up), the Mandé empire and the Songhaï empire.
But, now he has come to realize that the alliance that he had so much despised by calling it a phantom pushback alliance has developed to become a confederation.
Needless to say that @officialABAT is a puppet and therefore let it be written that he has caused the downfall of ECOWAS, because whether you believe it or not, that organization is gone, and will die sooner or later. Mark my words!
