Operatives of he Gombe State Police Command have arrested five teenagers accused of fatally assaulting a young man during an argument at a wedding ceremony.
The incident which took place in the vibrant Pantami neighborhood, has left the local community in shock.
According to an eyewitness account, what began as a verbal disagreement quickly escalated into a physical altercation, resulting in the victim’s tragic death.
The suspects, aged between 16 and 19, were promptly apprehended by the police after a tip-off from concerned residents.
The State Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Mahmud Abubakar, Confirmed the arrest of the suspects, stating that , “The suspects are in custody, and we have launched a comprehensive investigation. Justice will be served, and no perpetrator will go unpunished.”Tap Here for the Full Story
