Popular media personality and critic, Solomon Buchi, has publicly criticized celebrity UK pastor, Tobi Adegboyega, for his recent outing with music superstar, Davido, in a club.
The controversy erupted after a video surfaced on social media showing Adegboyega and Davido enjoying a night out together, a moment that garnered significant attention, especially given the ongoing rift between Davido and fellow artist Wizkid, who was also spotted at the same venue.
In a scathing reaction posted on his X handle, Buchi disapproved of the pastor’s actions, labelling Adegboyega as a “shame to the office of a pastor.”
He further urged the clergyman to reconsider his role in the ministry, suggesting that he should instead focus on living a lavish lifestyle and indulging in clubbing.
Buchi’s remarks have sparked a debate on social media about the conduct of public figures, particularly those in positions of spiritual leadership, and the implications of their actions on their followers.
He said, “Tobi Adegboyega is definitely not a pastor. Such a shame to the office of a pastor. You can’t be a pastor and be like that. He should just drive his luxury cars, club and enjoy his Gucci. Stop mixing it with Jesus. CONTINUE READING”
