The 2023 presidential candidate for the Social Democratic Party (SDP), Adewole Adebayo, has urged Nigerians to brace up as the fuel prices will continue to increase.

Noting that the current rise in the price of fuel is just the beginning, Adebayo said Nigerians need not lament over the inevitable price high.

According to the presidential candidate, the present administration is committed to allowing the market forces to dictate the prices of fuel across the country.

He also mentioned that the president is using the National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) to artificially lower prices and this is not sustainable due to the company’s growing financial debt.
