Alcohol in moderate quantities can give the body some health benefits. I’m not concerned about the intake of alcohol because it may be dangerous for your welfare. For your sake you should have alcohol with friends once in a while. We also look at sources of alcohol and their health benefits for the human being as drunk moderately.

Beer is a resource for carbohydrates. A cold beer helps the body to adapt a great deal. Alcohol contains vitamins such as riboflavin and thiamine. It contains magnesium and calcium. You know, darker beers contain a great deal of iron which makes it easy for oxygen to move through the body.
