President Bola Tinubu on Thursday held a high-level meeting in Paris with Mr. Massad Boulos, Senior Advisor for Africa at the United States Department of State.
The discussions focused primarily on regional security issues, with both leaders emphasizing the need for strengthened collaboration to promote lasting peace in the eastern region of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).

According to sources familiar with the meeting, President Tinubu and Mr. Boulos also explored strategic avenues for deepening economic ties and expanding cooperation across the African continent.
The talks reflect Nigeria’s ongoing commitment to regional stability and its role in fostering economic growth and diplomatic engagement within Africa.
