Xabi Alonso acknowledged Bayer Leverkusen’s desire for clarity regarding his future amid growing speculation.
“I understand that Bayer want a quick solution,” Alonso said.
“When there is something to decide, we are very direct for sure. It was and is very important to me that we have this trust when working together, and it stays that way.”
