Health experts have cautioned that low sperm count in men is often linked to everyday lifestyle choices rather than chance, warning that seemingly minor habits can gradually affect fertility.

According to specialists in Reproductive Health, factors such as heat exposure, smoking, poor diet, and stress play a significant role in reducing sperm quality, count, and movement over time.

Medical professionals note that excessive heat around the testicles can impair sperm production.

Common habits such as placing laptops on the lap, wearing tight underwear, and sitting for prolonged periods may increase temperature in the groin area, negatively affecting sperm development.

1. Smoking And Excessive Alcohol
