FRSC Recruitment 2026 Begins Nationwide; See How to Apply

FRSC Recruitment 2026 :The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has commenced its 2026 nationwide recruitment exercise, inviting qualified Nigerians to apply for positions across various cadres.

The agency stated that the application process is completely free and warned applicants against paying money to any individual or organisation claiming to offer recruitment assistance.

Interested candidates have four weeks from July 3, 2026, to submit their applications, with the deadline set for July 31, 2026.

Available Positions

The recruitment covers multiple categories, including:

Officer Cadre

Applicants must possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND)
• Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme
• Marshal Inspectorate Cadre

Applicants are required to have:

• National Diploma (ND)
• Ordinary National Diploma (OND)
• National Certificate in Education (NCE)
• Road Marshal Assistant Cadre

Candidates must possess:

• Minimum of three credits in SSCE or its equivalent
• Drivers, Riders and Artisans
  Applicants in this category must provide:
• Trade Test Certificates
• Relevant professional or vocational qualifications

General Requirements

The FRSC outlined the following conditions for prospective applicants:

• Must be a Nigerian citizen by birth
• Must be single at the time of application
• Must be medically and physically fit
• Must have no criminal record
• Male applicants must be at least 1.65 metres tall
• Female applicants must be at least 1.56 metres tall
• Age requirement ranges from 16 to 40 years, depending on the cadre

Important Notice to Applicants

The Corps emphasized that the recruitment exercise is entirely free and urged applicants to avoid fraudsters or agents demanding payment.

Candidates are advised to submit only authentic documents and accurate information, as false declarations could lead to disqualification or prosecution.

Application Deadline

The application portal will remain open for four weeks from July 3, 2026.

Prospective applicants are expected to complete their registration on or before July 31, 2026.
